Returns & Refunds policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a return / exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. FaithfulFlames.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Return Process.

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@faithfulflames.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods

While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage and retain the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, do the following:

  1. Contact Faithful Flames within 7 days of your invoice date via E-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Return the damaged goods via USPS for delivery. We will refund the cost of the item(s) as well as the shipping charges.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / clearance items or gift cards.

Please Note - Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. Products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be held liable. We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees for discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards. They considered final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
